Concept of the National Resettlement Programme

This document details resettlement in the Czech Republic. It is uploaded here in both Czech and English.  

The document includes a background to resettlement, the legislative framework for resettlement, the details of resettlement including the selection procress, the legal aspects of this process and the process post arrival. The document also details the budget for resettlement and the assignment of authority over the programme.

This document was prepared by the Ministry of Interior and submitted to the government for approval as a document n° 843/08, in 2008.
